In order to achieve effective management and control, participants need to know how they can utilize a computerized database. They will be provided with the necessary skills to carry out targeted marketing through the efficient management of sales information.

This course covers the exam material for the EUROPEAN COMPUTER DRIVING LICENCE (ECDL) "Spreadsheets". We offer a short preparatory class for participants who would like to sit for this exam.

Target Audience:

The course will be available to managers whose duties include the management of the company's marketing activities with the aim of improving sales and profits. They must have some knowledge of the Windows Operating System as well as know the basics about a micro-computer.

Prerequisites:

No prior experience with database systems is necessary. However a basic familiarity with the personal computer and particularly with the Windows 9x environment is a must.
